Terms of service

ensowa studio (ensowa LLC) Service Agreement

This agreement is entered into by and between ensowa studio (ensowa LLC) (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") and the customer using the services provided (hereinafter referred to as "Party B"). Please read the terms and conditions below carefully. By agreeing to them, you may proceed to use our services.


Article 1: Service Description

Party A provides photography and video production services. Details and pricing of the services will be outlined in a quotation provided in advance. Please note that we do not offer reshoots.


Article 2: Contract Formation

The contract is considered effective once Party B completes the application via Party A’s website or in person, and the service fee or deposit is paid.
Party B guarantees that all information provided at the time of application is accurate and up-to-date.


Article 3: Conditions of Use

The services are available only to those who can comply with the usage guidelines set by Party A.
Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent to use the services.


Article 4: Service Fees

Service fees must be paid in advance through Party A’s website or via bank transfer based on the quotation provided. Payment must be completed by the scheduled shoot date.


Article 5: Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation fees for the scheduled photo shoot are as follows. However, no cancellation fee will be charged if rescheduling is required due to illness or bad weather, and the session is rescheduled within two months of the original date:
- Same day or day before: 100% of the service fee
- 2 to 9 days prior: 70% of the service fee
- 10 or more days prior: Free of charge

In the case of rain, rescheduling is free if notice is given by 10:00 AM the day before the session. Rescheduling within two months is free; beyond that period, a rescheduling fee of ¥33,000 (incl. tax) will be charged. Decisions regarding continuing or rescheduling due to rain are left to the client, but Party A may prohibit the use of equipment outdoors if the weather poses a significant risk.


Article 6: Restrictions During the Shoot

Party B is requested not to use personal cameras during the professional shoot. Brief personal photography is allowed after the official session.
If actions at the shooting location interfere with public spaces, the session may be canceled.


Article 7: Costume and Accessory Rentals

Costumes and accessories may be rented for non-shooting purposes, but prior approval is required.
If items are damaged or soiled, Party B shall bear the cost of repair or compensation.
All rentals must be returned on the day of the shoot. Late returns may incur additional charges.


Article 8: Accidents and Troubles

Party A assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries occurring during the shoot or while in transit, except in cases where Party A is at fault.


Article 9: Handling of Personal Information

Party A will appropriately manage Party B's personal information in accordance with the company's privacy policy.


Article 10: Miscellaneous

This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over Party A’s location.
The terms of this agreement may be revised at Party A’s discretion. Any changes will take effect when published on Party A’s official website.
