Cancellation Policy

The following shooting cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations of shootings.

■Cancellation on the day of the shoot or the day before: 100% of the plan fee
■Cancellation 2-9 days prior to the shoot: 70% of the plan fee
■Cancellation more than 10 days prior to the shoot: Free of charge

• If you are unable to come to the shoot due to illness or bad weather, please contact us. We will ask you to make another reservation for another date. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• We do not offer reshoots.
