Common questions (for all plans)

Depending on the plan and shooting contents, photos will take about 1 to 2 hours, and videos will take about 3 to 4 hours. Please come with plenty of time, taking into consideration the time it takes to get ready and change clothes.

Yes, you can. In addition, the plan fee will not change even if you bring your own equipment.

Yes, it is possible. If you have any accessories you would like to bring with you to the shoot, please let us know in advance. However, please note that we ask that you refrain from bringing living things (food or flowers) out of consideration for other customers and the building.

Visitors are allowed inside the facility, but please do so in a way that does not interfere with photography.

Yes, you can bring your pet with you for photo shoots. Please keep your pet in a cage or hold it in your arms while in the studio. For location shoots, please bring a leash and cage and be accompanied by a staff member. If this is not possible, we will charge 5,500 yen (tax included) as a staff member accompaniment fee.

After the shoot, we can help you for about 2-3 minutes with your cell phone or camera. Please refrain from making requests during the shoot.

Yes, it will be produced by a creator who is good at video editing. Please contact us.

Yes, it is possible. We will take photos according to your purpose regardless of age or gender. Editing is also included.

If you select the "Location Shoot" plan or option, you can shoot with an old house as the background. Please note that shooting may take some time as priority will be given to vehicles and general customer traffic.

In the event of rain, you may postpone the shoot or change to an indoor shoot at your discretion. However, we may refuse to shoot outdoors in the rain. Please note that we will not accept postponements in the event of cloudy weather.

Postponement due to rain will be free of charge only if you contact us by 10:00 a.m. on the day before the shoot. Postponement is free of charge within two months of the shoot date, but after that a postponement fee of 33,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

The following cancellation fees will be charged:

■Cancellation on the day of shooting or the day before: 100%
■Cancellation 2 to 9 days in advance: 70%
■Cancellation 10 days or more in advance: Free

If you are unable to come on the day of the shoot due to poor health or bad weather, please contact us. We will ask you to make a reservation for another day. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if the date is postponed for more than two months from the shooting date, a postponement fee of 33,000 yen (tax included) will be charged. Please note that priority will be given to other existing customer reservations on the postponed date.

  • If you arrive late, the shooting time will be shortened. If it is difficult to shoot within the time limit, an extension fee will be charged.
  • If you have a next photo shoot reservation, we may have to cancel your appointment. In that case, a cancellation fee will be charged on the day. If you are unavoidably late, we would appreciate it if you could contact us.

Please use a vehicle separate from the A staff to travel to the shooting location. A will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during travel. In addition, we will take care to avoid accidents or injuries during filming, but please note that A will not be held responsible in the event of an unforeseen accident.

Wedding Eligible

Yes, it is possible. However, as we only have Shiromuku (white wedding kimono) in our store, you will have to choose your Irodoke (colored wedding kimono) from the photos. If you would like to try it on, a separate delivery fee will be charged, but if you would like to see the actual item, please contact us.

You can choose from over 100 kimonos and over 20 dresses.

This is possible for an additional 33,000 yen.

Yes, if we determine that a rental dress needs to be altered to fit your body, we will do so free of charge. However, we do not offer alterations on dresses that you bring in yourself.

Yes, you can bring your family along for the photo shoot in the studio. Please note that this will be within the photo shoot time included in the plan.

Yes, it is possible.

For kids and families

Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If it is difficult for a parent or guardian to accompany a child, a staff member may accompany the child, so please let us know when making your reservation.

Yes, we also have plans to suit your child's development. Please feel free to contact us.

We have plans for a variety of ages, from newborns to children and seniors.

Yes, we also offer family movies. We recommend this for those who want to record precious family moments on film.

If you are a family, any number of people can use the plan within the price range.

Only light snacks and bottled drinks are permitted. There are no eating and drinking facilities within the space, so please refrain from eating or drinking for long periods of time.

It may be possible to extend your time depending on availability on the day. An extension fee will be charged, so please consult with us in advance.

About rental costumes

You can try on the costumes before the shoot. For children's clothing, you can try them on at our partner store "Naughty Kids" in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. For other costumes, please contact us when making your reservation.

We cover the cost of regular cleaning of rental costumes. For location shoots and children's costumes, we rent them out on the assumption that they will inevitably get dirty. Therefore, we do not generally charge an additional fee. However, if damage or dirt occurs that exceeds the normal range of wear, or if there are stains or dirt that are difficult to remove with regular cleaning (blood, wine, glue, etc.), we may charge an additional fee as a repair fee. The same applies to loss of costumes. Please refrain from eating, drinking, or other actions that may cause dirt or damage.

If you are worried about additional cleaning or repairs, we recommend that you subscribe to "Rental Insurance". By subscribing to this one-day insurance, you will not be responsible for any repair costs. Please select "Rental Insurance" as an option when reserving your rental.

Yes, you can rent costumes for purposes other than photography. We can also deliver them to your home in 3 nights and 4 days, so please feel free to contact us.

Depending on the situation, we may not be able to accommodate your request to change costumes on the day.

We have a wide range of sizes and styles available, but some costumes may only be available in certain sizes. We also offer alterations to dresses to fit your body measurements. Please contact us in advance to inquire about specific costumes and sizes.

You can bring your own costume. However, the plan fee will not change. Please consult with the staff in advance about how to use it in the studio.

Shoes for the photo shoot are not included, so please bring your own. To keep the studio clean, we ask that you use masking tape.

About Reservations

No. After submitting your request through the reservation form , your reservation will be confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Generally, we only accept reservations through the reservation form, but if for some reason it is difficult to make a reservation through the reservation form, we also accept reservations by phone (050-5475-2687). If you make a reservation by phone, it will take about 5 to 10 minutes to ask about the reservation details.

Even during business hours, we may not be able to answer your call if the studio is in use. If you have provided us with your caller ID, we will call you back from 050-5475-2687.

We accept reservations up to 90 days in advance.

If you have already made a reservation, you can change the date and time or options by using the inquiry form .

For weddings, we will prepare one during the pre-consultation. For other plans, the price at the time of confirmation of the reservation will be the estimated price. If you would like a quote, please request one from the inquiry form.

Each ticket costs 3,300 yen.

For advance payment, we accept bank transfer and credit card payment. For payment on the day, only PayPay can be used. Cash payment is not accepted.

About the facilities

There is a shared parking lot with Kitchen Work Pecorino for approximately 30 cars.

Only light snacks and bottled drinks are permitted. There are no eating and drinking facilities within the space, so please refrain from eating or drinking for long periods of time.

This is not possible as the studio is on the second floor. However, it is possible to shoot on the premises or outdoors. Please feel free to contact us.

The make-up room in the studio is locked, so you can do it there. Please feel free to contact us.

Smoking is prohibited inside the studio and in the building. If smoking is detected, a penalty will be charged.
