Steps leading up to the shoot

inquiry

  • CONTACT > Make an appointment > Please enter your desired consultation date and necessary information.
  • If you have a plan you'd like to use, please write it in your message and send it to us.
  • Our staff will get back to you shortly.

Hearing

  • We will listen carefully to your ideas either in person or online (ZOOM) and propose the best plan for you.
  • We will create a quote after the interview.

Contract

  • We will explain the terms of use and cancellation policy.
  • If you are satisfied with the terms, we will enter into a contract on the same day or on another date.

Trying on costumes

  • You will come in for a costume fitting approximately one month after signing the contract.
    If you would like to wear a costume from an affiliated salon, please go to the salon.
  • For both Western and Japanese clothing, our stylists will provide you with careful support and check the size that best suits your body.
    Don't worry, we will make free alterations to trouser length or dresses if necessary.

About trying on Japanese clothing

  • Shiromuku : You can try it on in store.
  • Colored uchikake : Please choose from the catalog and try it on after arranging in advance.

Hair & Makeup

  • We will ask you for detailed ideas for your hair and makeup via LINE or during the fitting.
    *If you would like to rehearse, an additional fee will be charged.
  • We also have cotton hats for traditional Japanese clothing, as well as head dresses and accessories to match your dresses.

Schedule sharing

  • After discussing the details, we will send you the schedule for the day.
  • We will answer any questions you may have about the shoot on the day.

Until the day before the shoot

  • If there is anything you were unable to communicate during the meeting, or if there is a type of shoot you would like to do, please feel free to share it with us at any time via our studio's LINE.
  • If rain is forecast on the day of the location shoot, we will contact you by 10:00 a.m. the day before the shoot to let you know if you would like to postpone the shoot.
    Postponements are free of charge up to two months after the shooting date. After that, a postponement fee of 33,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

On the day of the shoot

  • As per the schedule, you will gather at the studio or shooting location, have your hair and makeup done, and then the shoot will begin.
  • An assistant will support you so that you can relax during the shoot.

Checking and delivering the finished product

  • After the shoot, we will edit the photos and videos and have you check the finished product.
  • Delivery time: One month after the shoot
