If the rental costume becomes dirty

We will cover the regular cleaning costs for rental costumes.
For location shoots and children's costumes, we lend them out with the understanding that they will inevitably get dirty.
Therefore, we do not generally charge any additional fees.

However, if the damage or staining exceeds the normal range of wear, or if there are stains or dirt that are difficult to remove by regular cleaning (blood, wine, glue, etc.), we may charge you an additional fee for repairs.
The same applies to lost costumes. Please refrain from eating, drinking, or any other actions that may cause stains or damage to the costumes.

Rental Insurance

If you are worried about additional cleaning or repairs, we recommend that you subscribe to " Rental Insurance ". By subscribing to this one-day insurance, you will not be responsible for any repair costs. Please select "Rental Insurance" as an option when reserving your rental.

*Please note that Rental Insurance is not applicable in the following cases:

• Loss of rental items
• Widespread stains that are difficult to repair
• Intentional cutting or loss of fabric or decorations (if restoration to the original state is not possible)
• Cigarette burns
